How do you read these reports?

The pedigree charts we provide contain valuable information about each horse. In order to unlock the potential of these charts, you must understand how to read the data. Head over to our Handicapping Page for more information on how to read the chart.

How often are the charts updated?

All the information is gathered early in the morning every day, for a day in advance. East-coasters should be able to see the next day's pedigree charts by 8 AM.

Is my personal information safe with you?

Because we care about the privacy of our customers, we never sell or distribute any personal information submitted to third parties. All of the information submitted on this website will only be used for internal billing and marketing purposes. For more information on this subject, you may read our Privacy Policy.

I forgot my password! What do I do?

If you forget your username and/or password, just head over to our Password Retrieval form to have the information sent to you via email.

Is it safe to put my credit card number online?

In cases where credit cards and other information is required, we safeguard our web forms with 128 bit SSL technology provided by Thawte Consulting. This secure technology utilizes web server - client encryption, making your personal information unreadable by anyone but our registration programs. Does my subscription automatically renew?

During the registration and manual renewing processes, you will have the opportunity to select whether or not you would like your account to be automatically renewed at the end of your subscription (not available for one-day use). If you wish to disable the auto-renew feature, or want to make sure it is turned off, you may visit the Cancellation Policy page. If you want to enable the auto-renew feature, then visit the Renewal page and renew with the check box checked. Note: Manually renewing in advance will add to your existing subscription.

What if my account is set to auto-renew, and I need to change my payment information?

In the event of a credit card expiring, phone, or address change, you may manually renew at any time to update your information. If your account is set to auto-renew, but the credit card on file is expired, you will receive an email message (given your email address is current) stating that you cannot be automatically renewed and should do so manually.

How do I modify my subscription information?

If you change your phone number or home address you will have a chance to modify the information when your account expires.

You may always change your email address and password, just head over to the Password Reset page.
